Daily unit rates for monthly rentals at IŞIK Rent A Car are TRY 1,300 for Fiat Doblo, TRY 1,400 for Fiat Egea and Peugeot 301, and TRY 1,500 for Fiat Egea Cross, Renault Clio and Renault Megane. These are not total monthly prices. Request a separate quote for daily and weekly rentals. Availability, the total amount, deposit and extras are confirmed before booking.

Yes. Share your arrival date, time and vehicle preference to request delivery to Esenboğa Airport. The meeting point, availability and any delivery charge are agreed in advance. Your flight number is optional. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp if your flight changes or is delayed.

Individual rentals require a driving licence, ID, credit card, a bill showing your address and proof of employment. Corporate rentals require a driving licence, ID, credit card, tax certificate, signature circular and business activity certificate. Drivers must be at least 23 and have held a valid licence for at least two years. You do not need to upload documents in the initial quote form; contact our team to arrange the handover.

No. Our rental vehicles may not be taken outside Türkiye.

Share collection and return locations, dates and times. Review your request and send it via WhatsApp. Your reservation is confirmed once the vehicle, price and handover details are mutually agreed.

For chauffeur service, share your route, passenger numbers, dates, times and waiting requirements. Vehicle, driver, service duration and total price are agreed with the quote, subject to availability.

Request long-term car rental in Ankara for personal use or your business. For corporate rentals, specify a 3-month, 6-month or 1-year requirement. Vehicle, mileage, maintenance and billing terms are agreed in the quote and contract.

Share your new dates as early as possible. Changes and cancellations are considered according to vehicle availability and your reservation terms.

International visitors can submit a rental enquiry. Before booking, tell us the licence-issuing country, driver’s age and rental dates. Ask our team to confirm acceptance of your documents and any additional requirements in writing. An enquiry is not approval to rent.

Request a document check before booking with a Dutch or other EU licence. Tell us the issuing country, expiry date, how long you have held it and your date of entry into Türkiye. Confirm whether a translation, international driving permit or other supporting document is needed. This website does not promise automatic acceptance of every foreign licence.

Select Automatic or Manual in the transmission field of the quote form. Transmission, model and availability must be confirmed for your dates; a model name alone does not guarantee a particular gearbox.

The security deposit is €100 or TRY 5,000. Confirm the collection or card-hold method and refund or release conditions before booking. The deposit, rental price and insurance excess are separate items.

Our vehicles have comprehensive insurance. Review the applicable policy’s cover, exclusions and any optional protection charges when choosing your vehicle. Comprehensive insurance does not mean every loss or expense is covered without conditions; the policy and rental agreement apply.

An excess or deductible is the amount or share you may have to pay for damage under the policy and agreement. A fixed excess is not published here. Before booking, ask for the vehicle’s excess, excluded damage and circumstances affecting your financial responsibility in writing. Do not assume a zero excess.

The published document list includes a credit card. Confirm accepted card types, cardholder requirements, payment currency and the deposit procedure in advance. Ask separately whether cash, debit cards or bank transfers are accepted.

Our office is at Kavaklıdere Mah., Tunalı Hilmi Cd. No:42 D:E, 06680 Çankaya/Ankara, Türkiye. Agree on the date, time and vehicle availability in advance. At collection, check the documents and agreement, and record existing damage, fuel level and mileage together.

Include an Esenboğa Airport return in your quote request. Obtain advance written confirmation of the meeting point, time, operational availability and any extra charge. An airport delivery arrangement does not automatically confirm an airport return.

The daily allowance is 250 km and excess mileage costs TRY 100/km. Monthly allowances are 3,500 km for economy and mid-range vehicles and 3,000 km for luxury vehicles. Share your itinerary to confirm the total allowance in your agreement.

Yes. Car delivery is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Share your arrival time when booking so we can agree on the vehicle, meeting point and any delivery charge in advance.

Yes. Request a private chauffeur transfer from Esenboğa to your hotel in Ankara. Share your arrival time, hotel name and full address, passenger and luggage numbers. The vehicle, meeting point and total price are confirmed in advance. This is quoted separately from self-drive rental and is not a shared or scheduled shuttle.
