1. Agreement and drivers
Check collection and return dates and times, the total amount, deposit and mileage allowance. Make sure every driver is named in the agreement. At IŞIK, the first driver is included; each subsequent driver costs TRY 250 per day.
2. Exterior, interior and existing damage
Inspect the bodywork, windows, wheels and interior with the handover team. Record existing scratches or damage on the handover form. If taking photographs, keep the date and vehicle identifiable and retain them throughout the rental.
3. Fuel, mileage and equipment
Compare the fuel gauge and mileage with the collection record. Check lights, wipers and requested equipment such as a child seat. Ask about controls or warning lights before driving away.
4. Return and contact arrangements
Confirm the return location, time and required fuel level. Save the contact number for delays, breakdowns or accidents. Ask about your coverage and the required procedure at collection. Tell the team early if your plans change.
