When is delivery free?
Within the city and area of our office and district municipal boundaries, collection and delivery over 0–10 km are free subject to office availability. Distance and service coverage are confirmed from your full address. Locations outside this coverage or without an office are charged separately.
What details should I provide?
Provide the neighbourhood, street, building number, delivery date and time, and a reachable phone number. For hotels, include the hotel name; for workplaces, specify a meeting point. ID and driving licence uploads are not required in this initial quote form.
Plan delivery and return together
Your return address may differ from the delivery address; include the location and time in your request. Check fuel level, mileage and any extras against your agreement before return. Use the airport service page to arrange an airport delivery.
