Arriving by air: airport delivery or office collection?
For delivery at Esenboğa, share your arrival time and terminal. If collecting at the office, arrange transport from the airport to Kavaklıdere separately and allow time for baggage and traffic. We do not promise a fixed journey time. Check the current route on your arrival day and agree the office handover time with our team.
Collection for train and coach passengers
Ankara YHT Station and AŞTİ are separate collection points. Share your scheduled arrival, passenger numbers and luggage needs. Agree the exit, platform or meeting point when booking; this does not imply a permanent rental desk inside either terminal. Ask for the delivery charge and return location in the same quote.
City driving and trips around Ankara
When choosing a compact car, consider passengers and luggage; for trips outside the centre, include estimated mileage. Daily rentals have a 250 km allowance. Account for the total distance when visiting several districts or travelling beyond Ankara, and check excess-mileage charges and the return time in your agreement.
Separate quotes for short visits and monthly use
