How do personal and corporate rentals differ?
Individual rentals require a driving licence, ID, credit card, address bill and proof of employment. Corporate rentals require a driving licence, ID, credit card, tax certificate, signature circular and business activity certificate. Vehicles are delivered under a rental agreement.
What is offered with a long-term rental?
Our vehicles have comprehensive insurance and are serviced. Coverage, excess, maintenance arrangements and replacement-vehicle conditions in case of a breakdown or accident are clarified in the agreement. You may request a new vehicle from your preferred brand; availability and lead time are confirmed with your quote.
What is the monthly mileage allowance?
The monthly allowance is 3,500 km for economy and mid-range vehicles, and 3,000 km for luxury vehicles. Excess mileage is charged at TRY 100 per km. Share your usage needs to confirm the mileage and price that will apply to your agreement.

How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is €100 or TRY 5,000. Confirm the collection or card-hold method and refund or release conditions before booking. The deposit, rental price and insurance excess are separate items.
What insurance is included?
Our vehicles have comprehensive insurance. Review the applicable policy’s cover, exclusions and any optional protection charges when choosing your vehicle. Comprehensive insurance does not mean every loss or expense is covered without conditions; the policy and rental agreement apply.
What is the insurance excess or deductible?
An excess or deductible is the amount or share you may have to pay for damage under the policy and agreement. A fixed excess is not published here. Before booking, ask for the vehicle’s excess, excluded damage and circumstances affecting your financial responsibility in writing. Do not assume a zero excess.
